The Border Security Force (BSF) has released Recruitment Notification and invites online applications from Interested candidates for filling-up 275 vacancies of Constable General Duty (GD) in Group-C on temporary basis likely to be made permanent in BSF. Name of The Post:- Constable General Duty (GD)

Educational Eligibility:- (i). Interested Candidates should have Passed 10th (matriculation) From A Recognized Board/University in India.

(ii). Candidates who have participated or won medals in level of competition in Junior National Games OR Championship recognized by Indian Olympic Association, Sports Federation during last two years (Held between 31 Dec. 2022 to 30 Dec. 2024) will only be considered.

Physical Requirement:- 1. Height:- (i) Minimum Height for Male Candidates is 170 cms.

(ii) Minimum Height for Female is 157 cms.

2. Chest:- (Male) Minimum chest should be 80 cms and must be capable to expansion of 05 cms.

NOTE:- There is Relaxation in Height and Chest will be provided for Reserved Categories. Kindly see the notification for details.

Age Limit:- Interested Candidates should be between 18-23 Years of age on 01 January 2025. Relaxation in Age limit will be applicable as per central government rules.

SC / ST and Female Candidates – Nil

Selection Criteria:- After closing of online applications candidates will be scrutinized as per minimum qualifying marks and online admit card will be issued to appear in other recruitment process. The Candidates will have to undergo the following process of Recruitment Physical verification of Document, Physical Standard Test (PST), Detailed Medical examination held by Recruiting Agency.
