Educational Qualification:- The candidates must be in possession of the following qualifications…
(i). Candidates must be passed 10+2 (Intermediate) OR equivalent Examination from any Educational Board recognized by Council of Board of School Education in India.
(ii). Diploma/ Certificate Course of a duration of One year or more in Cookery/ Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Recognized University/ Food Craft Institute.
(iii). Candidates must have working knowledge of either English or Hindi or both.

Age Limits:-  Should be between 21 to 27 Years of Age On 01-10-2025. OR Should be born between 01-10-1998 and 01-10-2004 (Both Dates inclusive).

Physical Eligibility:- Minimum Physical eligibility are depending upon the region of the country as given below.

Selection Procedure:- 1. Online CEE Examination:- All Candidates will have to appear in the Online CEE examination at the allotted Computer Based Centre’s in India. The written examination will contain objective type of questions and comprise of One paper as follows…..

The Question paper contain 100 questions for 100 Marks (01 marks each) and candidates must be scored 40% marks for qualify.
There will be no negative marking for wrong answer attempted.

2. Physical Fitness Test:- Candidates will have to qualify a physical fitness test that includes the following category.
(a) 1.6 km run in 06 min. 15 Sec.
(b) Minimum 06 Pull Ups (Beam)
(c) 09 Feet Ditch Jump
(d) Zig Zag Balance

3. Screening:- Qualified candidates called for screening which will include checking of original certificate, Adaptability Test followed by medical examination and Interview & Skill Test at respective Headquarters Recruiting Zone.

Training & Placement:- Finally selected candidates will be enrolled as provisional (catering) JCO and will be undergo Six weeks of Basic Training at ASC Centre (South) Bangalore. On successful completion of training the candidates will be commissioned as JCO Catering in the Rank of Naib Subedar as per existing term and conditions.
